Hideaway Distillery is a small batch distillery that crafts whiskey using Oregon oak from our family farm that was established in 1908. Our whiskeys are made using iron-free water from the foothills of the Oregon Cascade Mountain Range, creating a purer flavor and taste.

Our handcrafted premium spirits are milled, fermented, distilled, and bottled on site using locally sourced grains at our facility in Lebanon, Oregon.

We understand what goes into making high-quality whiskey, and we are excited to share that experience with you. Each batch is an opportunity to raise a glass to all of the heroes that protect our communities, cheers!
